New Clients

A Registration Form is required for all new clients before event day. If client does not complete Registration Form, they will not be able to participate.

Arrival

Clients should arrive 10-15 minutes before the event to grab their name tag and set up their equipment.

Clothing & Attire

Now's the time to bring out your favorite workout set! Come comfortable and ready to move. Grip socks are optional.

Sales & Refunds

All sales are non-refundable. Exchanges can be made for upgrades or alternate packages. Any changes need to be communicated at least 72 hours before the event day.

Cell Phone Policy

Cell Phones must be on silent when the event starts

Photo Release

At times the Pilates instructor may wish to take photos during the event. The photos may be shared on Sculpt Pilates Event's social media and may be used for promotional

purposes. If you prefer to not have your photo taken, please let the instructor know before the event.

1. I will receive information, training, and instruction while participating in the Pilates classes, custom programs, or other fitness modalities (the “Activity”) offered by SCULPT PILATES EVENTS.

2. I recognize that the Activity will require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. I agree to accept and assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I may incur as a result of participating in the Activity offered by SCULPT PILATES EVENTS.

3. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Activity with SCULPT PILATES EVENTS. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the Activity offered by SCULPT PILATES EVENTS.

4. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive, release, and discharge any claim that my heirs, legal representatives, or I have or may have against SCULPT PILATES EVENTS or the SCULPT PILATES EVENTS trainers for any injury, damage, or loss that I sustain or may sustain as a result of my knowing and voluntary participation in the Activity offered by SCULPT PILATES EVENTS.
